Looking for virtual therapy in California?

Virtual Support for Busy Professionals, Teens, and Long Distance Relationships

I offer high-secure, HIPAA-compliant online therapy tailored for busy adults and teens who need flexibility. Virtual sessions are the perfect fit for:

  • High-achieving professionals balancing demanding careers with personal well-being.

  • Teens and students managing school stress and social transitions.

  • Commuters who want to trade hours in traffic for a meaningful hour of self-discovery.

  • Long-distance and cross-state relationships looking for a shared space to navigate the unique challenges of intimacy from afar.

Local Roots Across the Golden State

While our sessions happen on screen, my understanding of your environment is grounded in my real-world life.

  • Los Angeles & The Westside: Having lived in LA for 5 years and worked extensively with families, teens, and professionals on the Westside, I am deeply familiar with the local school systems, the high-pressure culture, and the unique pace of life in Southern California.

  • San Francisco & The Bay Area: I spend significant time with family in the Bay Area and understand the specific stressors facing individuals in the tech and academic hubs from Berkeley to San Francisco.

  • Tahoe, Truckee & The Nevada Line: For those in the mountains, I offer a vital bridge for cross-state care. If you live on the Nevada side of Tahoe but work or have family in California, or if you are in a long-distance/cross-state relationship, I specialize in navigating the relational complexities that come with living between two worlds.

Is Telehealth Effective?

It’s common to wonder if therapy can be effective through a screen. More often then not, the answer is a resounding yes. In fact, being in your own comfortable environment often allows us to access the story of your body & relationship more quickly. We still look at the space between us, we still track the nervous system, and we still do the deep work of rewiring your patterns, but all from a space where you already feel safe.

* Telehealth tends to be less effective for those with environmental distractions, a lack of privacy, &/or challenges with focus. In these cases, we’ll discuss options, next steps, and find a path that works best for you.
