What to Expect

You don’t have to pretend everything’s fine here. Some of us know the feeling all too well. Getting stuck replaying conversations from years ago, checking your phone more than you’d like, or getting caught in fantasies of what you could’ve said, what could’ve happened. Maybe it’s someone who's no longer in your life, but still takes up space in your heart. Or maybe dating feels like a minefield, and the apps bring up more than you feel they should. For couples, those patterns can show up as repeated misunderstandings, distance, or fear of truly being seen. And just because your friends are tired of hearing about doesn’t mean it goes away. In my sessions, you get to be messy, uncertain, too much, not enough - you get to explore why those thoughts won’t let go. This isn’t about quick fixes or forcing confidence. It’s about finding your way back to a steadier, safer relationship with yourself, so connection doesn’t have to feel like a threat.

You get to breathe here.
